“I hate it when people refuse to acknowledge sexist or racist stereotypes in Disney movies and blow people off when they discuss it. They need to understand that these stereotypes hurt people and the best way to make sure it doesn’t happen again is to talk about, not sweep it under the rug as “different times” or “focusing too much on one detail”. Talking about it doesn’t mean we hate Disney, it means we’re mature enough to know that they can have very deep flaws.”
