No. No. No. I’m not touching the Lady Gaga thing, but why is non-human animal violation less evil than human animal violation? This isn’t a rhetorical question. I’d honestly like someone to reason that to me.
Personally, I do not believe humans and animals are equals. I completely disagree with factory farming and other abusive practices, because it is cruel, painful, and destroying the earth - through feeding the animals poor diets and overpopulation - but I see no need to equate those abuses with the plight of women, people of color, or other minorities.
That is all I am going to say on this subject.
